Can I return an item that does not fit?
In case of dissatisfaction, you have 15 days to return all or part of your order (excluding the extended return period mentioned on our website). You can only make one return and must ensure that the items to be returned are in their original condition and packaging (including the shipping box). Be sure to try your shoes on a mat or cloth to avoid scratching the soles.
What is the procedure for returning a package?
Visit our return portal to receive your return label. You will receive your refund within 15 days of receipt of your return. For returns from United States, Canada, Hong Kong or Australia, send us an email at service@swivells.com.
Do I have to pay for the return of my package?
We will refund the price of your items. However, a deduction will be applied to your refund to cover the cost of the return:
- Metropolitan France: : Returns are free of charge
- European Union : A €10 deduction will be applied to your refund.
- International: Return costs are at the customer's expense.
How soon will I receive my refund?
The refund is made within 15 days from the receipt of the return of goods and is made by re-credit on the bank card used at the time of purchase, after checking the good condition of the item and its packaging.
Is it possible to exchange an item?
If you wish to exchange an item, you must make a return as described above and place a new order.
