You can choose to have your order delivered to your home or to another address (workplace, vacation location...). In Metropolitan France, you can also choose to have your order delivered for free in one of the many Mondial Relay points.
How much is the delivery charge?
Delivery via Mondial Relay is free in Metropolitan France.
Home delivery is €5 in Metropolitan France.
Delivery is €15 in other European countries.
Delivery is €30 in the United States.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed and shipped, you will receive an email with an online tracking number. You can also go to My Account" "My Orders" and then select the order in question to get the tracking number online. Finally, you can visit our tracking page.
What about the confidentiality of my bank details?
We do not have access to your bank details at any time. These are perfectly secure and under the responsibility of PayPal and Shopify Payments.
