Can I return an item if it doesn't suit me?
If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 15 days to return all or part of your order (excluding extended return periods mentioned on our website). Only one return is allowed, and returned items must be in their original condition and packaging (including the shipping box). Please try on your shoes on a rug or soft surface to avoid scratching the soles.
What is the procedure for returning a parcel?
Go to our return portal to receive your return label. You will receive your refund within 15 days after we receive your return. For returns from the United States, Canada, Hong Kong, or Australia, please email us at service@swivells.com.
Do I need to pay for the return of my parcel?
We refund the full price of your items. However, a deduction will be applied to your refund to cover the return shipping costs:
- France (mainland): Returns are free
- European Union: A €10 deduction will be applied to your refund
- International: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 15 days of receiving the returned items. The amount will be credited back to the payment card used for the purchase, after we’ve verified the condition of the item and its packaging.
Is it possible to exchange an item?
If you wish to exchange an item, you must make a return as described above and then place a new order.
