Can I return an item if it doesn't suit me?
En cas d’insatisfaction, vous avez 15 jours pour retourner toute ou partie de votre commande (hors période de retour étendue mentionnée sur notre site internet). Vous ne pouvez effectuer qu’un seul retour et devez vous assurer que les articles à retourner soient dans leur état et leur packaging d’origine (y compris la boîte d’expédition). Veillez notamment à essayer vos chaussures sur un tapis ou un tissu pour ne pas rayer les semelles.
What is the procedure for returning a parcel?
Go to our return portal to receive your return label. You will receive your refund within 15 days after we receive your return. For returns from the United States, Canada, Hong Kong, or Australia, please email us at service@swivells.com.
Do I need to pay for the return of my parcel?
We refund the full price of your items. However, a deduction will be applied to your refund to cover the return shipping costs:
- France (mainland): Returns are free
- European Union: A €10 deduction will be applied to your refund
- International: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 15 days of receiving the returned items. The amount will be credited back to the payment card used for the purchase, after we’ve verified the condition of the item and its packaging.
Is it possible to exchange an item?
If you wish to exchange an item, you must make a return as described above and then place a new order.
