Can I return an item that does not fit?
In case of dissatisfaction, you have 15 days to return all or part of your order (excluding the extended return period mentioned on our website). You can only make one return and must ensure that the items to be returned are in their original condition and packaging (including the shipping box). Be sure to try your shoes on a mat or cloth to avoid scratching the soles.
What is the procedure for returning a package?
Rendez-vous sur notre portail de retour pour recevoir votre étiquette de retour. Vous recevrez votre remboursement dans les 15 jours suivants la réception de votre retour. Pour les retours des États-Unis du Canada, de Hong Kong ou d'Australie, veuillez-nous envoyer un email sur service@swivells.com.
Do I have to pay for the return of my package?
Nous remboursons le prix de vos articles. Cependant, une retenue sera appliquée à votre remboursement pour couvrir le coût du retour :
- France Métropolitaine : Les retours sont gratuits
- Union Européenne : Une retenue de 10€ sera appliquée sur votre remboursement.
- International : Les frais de retour sont à la charge du client.
How soon will I receive my refund?
The refund is made within 15 days from the receipt of the return of goods and is made by re-credit on the bank card used at the time of purchase, after checking the good condition of the item and its packaging.
Is it possible to exchange an item?
If you wish to exchange an item, you must make a return as described above and place a new order.
