Swivells shoes are designed in Paris, in the Batignolles district, and then manufactured in Spain near Alicante.

Swivells shoes follow standard sizing. If in doubt, refer to our size guide available on each product page. If you happen to choose the wrong size, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

We deliver to the following countries: France, Belgium, United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, Luxembourg, Portugal, Austria, Italy, Netherlands, San Marino, North Macedonia, Ukraine, Switzerland, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Estonia, Lithuania, Serbia, Andorra, Hungary, Isle of Man, Slovakia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Finland, Poland, Malta, Slovenia, Romania, Bulgaria, Jersey, Sweden, Monaco, Denmark, Albania, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Ireland, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Greece, Guernsey, Belarus, Latvia, Norway, Montenegro, United States, Australia, Canada, and Hong Kong. If you live outside of these countries, please contact us at service@swivells.com. Please note that outside the European Union, import taxes or customs fees may apply. You can choose to have your order delivered to your home or to another address (workplace, holiday destination, etc.). Within mainland France, you can also opt for free delivery to one of the many Mondial Relay pickup points.

Delivery via Mondial Relay is free within mainland France.
Home delivery within mainland France costs €5.

Delivery to other European countries costs €15.

Delivery to the United States costs €30.

Delivery to Australia, Canada, Thailand, South Korea, Taiwan, Argentina, and Hong Kong costs €45.

Please note: For deliveries outside the European Union, you may be required to pay customs fees upon receiving your parcel.

Once your order has been placed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with an online tracking number. You can also check our parcel tracking page.

We never have access to your banking information. Your data is fully secured and handled by PayPal and Shopify Payments.

You can use the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
