Can I return an item if it doesn't suit me?
If you are not satisfied, you have 15 days after receiving your order to return all or part of your items (excluding extended return periods mentioned on our website).
Returned items must:
- be unworn,
- be in their original condition,
- be returned in their original packaging (including the shipping box).
We recommend trying your shoes on a carpet or fabric surface to preserve the soles.
What is the procedure for returning a parcel?
From the European Union
Visit our return portal to generate your return label.
For the following countries, please register your return through the portal, then contact us at service@swivells.com to receive your free return label: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Czechia, Romania, and Slovenia.
From the United States
Use our US return portal.
From a country outside the EU
Register your return request through our return portal, then ship your parcel according to the instructions provided.
Do I need to pay for the return of my parcel?
Refunds
Mainland France and the United States: Free returns.
European Union: A flat fee of €10 for return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Outside the European Union: Return shipping costs remain your responsibility.
Exchanges
European Union and the United States: Exchanges are free.
Outside the European Union: Return shipping costs remain your responsibility. Shipping of the new pair will be covered by Swivells.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 15 days of receiving the returned items. The amount will be credited back to the payment card used for the purchase, after we’ve verified the condition of the item and its packaging.
