Shoe care guide for leather shoes

It is essential to take care of full-grain leather shoes. Use a sealant spray at least once month. When you’re not wearing them, use tissue paper or shoe trees to keep their shape and protect them from humidity.

Twice a month, brush the leather with a soft brush and use shoe polish (make sure to use a colour that is suited to your leather). Ask your local shoe repair shop for help when choosing your shoe polish. Once dry, use a leather sealant spray to protect your shoes.

Avoid wearing Swivells shoes on rainy days. If your shoes get wet, do not dry them close to a heat source. Allow them to dry naturally and place newspaper, shoe trees or tissue paper inside them to absorb the moisture.

Leather soles are slippery when first used. To extend the life of the soles and give them better grip, use sole protectors for your Swivells.

Shoe care guide for suede shoes

It is important to take care of your suede shoes. Don’t forget to use waterproof spray at least once a month. When you’re not wearing them, put tissue paper or shoe trees in your Swivells shoes in order to keep their shape and protect them from humidity.

Be careful, with constant friction, brand new jeans can lose their color on your suede shoes. Once a week, clean with a suede shoe brush to get rid of the dirt and use a suede eraser to clean any stains.. Avoid wearing Swivells shoes on rainy days.
