At Swivells, we do our best to prepare and ship your orders quickly and with care.
Order Processing & Shipping Times
Orders placed before 11:00 AM (GMT+1), Monday to Friday excluding public holidays, are generally shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 11:00 AM are shipped on the next business day.
During busy periods (launches, private sales, holiday season, etc.), shipping times may exceptionally be slightly extended.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Customs duties and import taxes are not included.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
You will be able to track your parcel directly via the link provided in this email.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may be applied by the local authorities of the destination country.
These charges remain the responsibility of the customer.
Swivells has no control over these fees and recommends checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
Shipping Address
The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing the order.
Please carefully check:
full name,
complete address,
phone number,
access codes or additional delivery information if applicable.
If incorrect or incomplete information prevents delivery, reshipping fees may apply.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only.
Swivells cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:
the carrier,
customs clearance procedures,
weather conditions,
or any circumstance beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
Upon receiving your parcel, we recommend checking its condition.
In case of any issue (damaged parcel, missing item, incorrect order, etc.), please contact our customer service within 48 hours at:

Unclaimed or Refused Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us:
because it was not collected,
due to an incorrect shipping address,
or because customs duties were refused,
the original shipping costs and any return fees may be deducted from the refund.
