Swivells shoes are designed in Paris, in the Batignolles district, then manufactured in Portugal, near Porto, and in Spain, near Alicante.

How do Swivells shoes fit?
Swivells shoes come in standard sizes. In case of doubt, please refer to our size guide, present on each product sheet. In case of error in the choice of the size, you have a 15 days deadline as from the reception of the parcel to return us your product.

You can choose to have your order delivered to your home or to another address (workplace, vacation location...). In Metropolitan France, you can also choose to have your order delivered for free in one of the many Mondial Relay points.
How much is the delivery charge?
Delivery via Mondial Relay is free in Metropolitan France.
Home delivery is €5 in Metropolitan France.
Delivery is €15 in other European countries.
Delivery is €30 in the United States.
Delivery is €45 to Australia, Canada, Thailand, South Korea, Taiwan, Argentina and Hong Kong.
Please note that for deliveries outside the European Union, you may have to pay customs fees upon receipt of your parcel.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed and shipped, you will receive an email with an online tracking number. You can also go to My Account" "My Orders" and then select the order in question to get the tracking number online. Finally, you can visit our tracking page.
